If you resign your membership, your profile and photos will immediately be hidden from other users when you complete your resignation. Should you wish to reactivate your profile within 30 days, all you have to do is log in and "Unhide" your profile. If you resign only your subscription, your profile and photos will be unaffected. It will remain on the site until you hide it or request us to hide it. Your profile is a free service; therefore resigning your subscription does not affect it at all. If you don't want to be contacted by other Hengap.com members, make sure to Hide Your Profile on the Profile Review page.

If you resign your membership, your profile and photos will immediately be hidden and will not appear in a search for your Username. If you resign only your subscription, your profile will still appear in a search for your Username.

Yes. If you resign only your subscription, your profile will appear as long as it is not hidden and members are conducting searches with criteria that match you.

No. The block feature only block members from contacting you by e-mail. The blocked party will not know they have been blocked. To block someone, just click the "block" button located on any email message received. You can manage your "Block List" from your inbox.

When a profile displays "Online Now," Premium members will have an option to Instant Messages other users in real time. Basic members will be able to respond to Instant Messages, but only Premium members will be able to initiate contact.
